6. Buy 20 Acre Homestead

5. Once with land, buy sheep, plant garden, setup airbnb campsite retreat.

Ideally 8 Places to stay:
This would allow 400 members to each spend 7 days at the homestead per year.
More places are optional; could host significantly more RV campers, or whatever.
